  Code of Federal Regulations - the GPO site contains each year back to 1996. Sections can be downloaded in pdf, text and XML formats.  The Cornell U. Law School site contains the current year only, but has a better keyword search feature which lets you search the entire site, including the current year CFR at once.

  Federal Register Each day's entire issue is downloadable as one pdf, text or XML file as well as individual agency section.

  Supreme Court Opinions since 1990 with a advanced indexing of cases by author, topic and party.

  Court of Appeals Opinions from Justia.com.  Cases appear to go back to as far as 1901.  Search function is simple keyword or indexed by circuit and date.
